Refunds and Returns Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with your puchase you can return the merchandise within 28 days of receipt and we'll be happy to provide you with a refund.
To return an item please follow the steps outlined below.
- Please wrap your order carefully in its original packaging.
- Include your order number.
- Return to us by recorded delivery.
On receipt of your order (in its original condition) we will refund you the cost of the product excluding the initial delivery charge.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact us at at your earliest convenience so we can arrange a replacement. If we require the item to be returned we will of course refund the cost of return carriage.
We ask you to return items using recorded delivery for your own protection as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
