Delivery -UK MAINLAND

Delivery is by Royal Mail Parcel Post or Courier. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. In the unlikely event that products are out of stock we will notify you to see if our anticipated delivery date is acceptable to you, or to arrange cancellation of your order.

Delivery to Rest of the World ( Far East, Australia, South America, Asia)

We can ship outside of the UK. We will need to check destination and parcel weight to enable us to give you a shipping quote and delivery time. We cannot pay tax or duty at the country of destination. Please contact us for deliveries outside Mainland UK.

Refunds and Returns Policy

If you're not 100% totally satisfied with our service and or products, you can return the merchandise within 28 days of receipt and we'll be happy to provide you with a refund if you follow the steps outlined below. 

When we have received the product in its original condition, including packaging, we will refund you the cost of the product excluding our original delivery costs as soon as possible following our agreement to do so.   

If you return an item to us which you did not order, the item is damaged or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return carriage. If this happens, please contact us first at sales@bigtomatocompany.com and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.

Please include a written reason for return of the contents and return it with your parcel. You must remember to include your proof of purchase from Big Tomato Company. You can return your order in its original condition (including gift box) to the address below within 14 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
