Thank you so much for the fabulous customised mugs and phenomenal customer service. These mugs were a wedding gift and as we were only given 3 weeks notice of the wedding, time was tight. I was kept really well informed of progress, and the mugs arrived in time for the big day. The bride and groom (aka 'sticky tape' and 'velcro' - nicknames from when they got together as teenagers, nearly 20 years ago) loved them! Many, many thanks.

Pet Bowls
We've had these bowls for years and I decided it was time to take a pic! I love them - as with all your products they are such fun and have lasted the test of time. It's great that they're dishwasher proof too. I wish I could eat every meal out of a bowl that said something cool about ME! :)

Hello,
Just got back from my first trip to Britain. My visit to Stoke-On-Trent was by and far a huge highlight of my travels. First went to Gladstone Pottery museum across the way to see where Brit Pottery has come from, was delighted to stop in your factory shop and see where it is going! My husband and I both enjoyed tea and coffee from our new mugs this morning, already wish we'd picked up more!
