All parcels are despatched by courier service or Royal Mail and require a signature.

We will email a dispatch notification once the parcel has been collected from Big Tomato Company.

Orders received between Monday and Friday will be dispatched within 5- 7 working days of receipt and you should receive your parcel within 7- 10 days of placing your order.

As we do our deliveries during the working week you may wish to provide a work address for your convenience and to ensure your delivery reaches you as soon as possible!
